Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to obtain a NIT?
For individuals, the NIT can be obtained the same day. For legal entities (corporations) it depends on document availability and typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
Can you handle procedures if the company is not up to date?
Yes. Ideally the company is in good standing; if obligations are pending, we regularize them as a prior step.
Do you appear in person when the authority requires it?
Yes. Our team attends in person the offices of SAT, IGSS, MINTRAB, the Mercantile Registry, COMBEX-IM and INGUAT whenever the procedure requires it.
